Telemedicine visits allow patients to have an appointment with their provider for common follow up / medication refill visits as well as sick visits. Appointments are scheduled by calling our main office number: 630-305-0010.

Telemedicine is covered by most major insurance carriers, and Medicare has temporarily expanded its coverage of Telemedicine services to respond to COVID-19. Per medicare.gov:

"Medicare beneficiaries can temporarily use telehealth services for common office visits, mental health counseling and preventative health screenings. This will help ensure Medicare beneficiaries are able to visit with their doctor from their home, without having to go to a doctor's office or hospital, which puts themselves and others at risk."

For patients with commercial insurance, please verify Telemedicine benefits BEFORE your appointment. Standard office visit co-pays and deductibles apply to Telemedicine visits.
